Finally, after a couple of months of work and feedback from consultants, commissions will be available on Jforce App from next week onward.

What does it mean for you and what are the changes >

  1. Commission will be visibleand available on the App within 24h.
  2. Commission payout: From November, commission calculation will be done based on JForce app data which reconciles all transactions. It is a major upgrade of our app. This will allow you get faster more accurate results.
  3. Commission based on your level when you placed the order: Your commission will be calculated based on the level you are in when the order was placed. Buy discounted airtime &bundles (up to 20% off) 
    • Scenario 
    • Description: John a consultant in silver level placed an order on a tv worth Ksh 20,000  on 24th August. During the September Payout, he leveled down to Bronze. (the order placed on24th August was not yet delivered final so not paid in September). During October payout his order placed the 24th August, was now delivered final. 
    • Commission calculation > 
      • Old rule > 
        • Commission would be calculated based on current level Bronze.
      • New Rule >
        • Commission will be calculated based on the level he was when he placed the order which was silver.
